The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Yobe State staged a large solidarity rally to rally support for President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 re‑election campaign.
Thousands of party supporters gathered in the state to demonstrate their backing for Tinubu, with organisers urging the public to stand united against the opposition’s “Tinubu Must Go” slogan.
The rally was part of the APC’s broader effort to canvass support for Tinubu’s bid to remain president, with party leaders and volunteers calling on voters to back the incumbent.
While the event focused on countering the opposition chant, it also highlighted the party’s confidence in Tinubu’s leadership and his prospects for the next election cycle.
Details of the rally’s location and the number of attendees were not disclosed beyond the statement that the event drew a large crowd of supporters.
