SpeakOX is an anonymous-first platform. We retain minimal user data by design. We have received no national security letters, no FISA court orders, and no gag orders in the reporting period. We commit to updating these numbers as soon as legally permitted if that changes.

Privacy & Data Protection
- SpeakOX does not sell user data to third parties.
- Anonymous posts are stored without a publicly-visible author identifier.
- IP addresses are retained for security and abuse prevention for a rolling 90-day window.
- User accounts deleted by the user are purged from our systems within 30 days.
- We do not use tracking pixels from third-party ad networks beyond Google AdSense, which users can opt out of via their Google Ad Settings.
