Alabama and Georgia are bracing for a big storm that is set to hit Tuscaloosa this weekend, just days before their highly anticipated Saturday matchup.
The forecast calls for heavy rain and strong winds that could affect travel plans for both teams and disrupt the game day schedule.
Alabama’s coaching staff and players are adjusting their travel arrangements and preparing for potential delays, while the university’s facilities team is ready to manage any weather‑related issues on campus.
Georgia’s staff is also monitoring the forecast closely, ensuring that all safety protocols are in place for the players, staff and fans who will be in the area.
The game remains scheduled for Saturday, but officials at both schools and the conference will keep a close eye on the weather and make any necessary adjustments to protect everyone involved.
