Kunle Afod, the Nollywood actor and producer, confirmed that his marriage to Desola Afod, known on social media as “Celeb Wife,” ended in February 2026 after Desola moved her belongings out of their marital home.

In a YouTube interview with Kasnasty Sugar, Afod said the couple’s separation was due to “jealousy and cheating allegations from both sides.” He added that the demands of his career sometimes left little time for home life.

Afod also spoke about the dynamics of trust in relationships, noting that “women can’t take what they dish out” and questioning the use of sex toys by couples. He said that a woman who uses a dildo might feel differently if her husband does the same.

“Separation from my wife? This job is heavy to the extent that we sometimes don’t have time for our home,” Afod told the interviewer.

The couple had not publicly addressed their marital crisis before the interview, but the story had already gone viral on social media.
