A young female entrepreneur burst into tears of joy after Nollywood actress and filmmaker Funke Akindele wore a pair of handmade earrings she had gifted her at the FinTribe Finance Fair 2026.
The emotional moment took place during the fourth edition of the event, which was held at the Landmark Event Centre on Victoria Island in Lagos.
According to reports, the entrepreneur had crafted the earrings herself and presented them to Akindele as a gesture of appreciation for her support of women in business.
When Akindele appeared on stage wearing the earrings, the entrepreneur’s reaction was captured on camera, prompting a wave of applause from the audience.
