President Trump Criticizes Norway for Not Awarding Him Nobel Peace Prize
President Donald Trump expressed his disappointment towards Norway for not presenting him with the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize, during a meeting with Prime Minister Erna Solberg on Thursday.
The incident occurred when Prime Minister Solberg was asked about the possibility of Trump receiving the Nobel Peace Prize during a joint press conference. She responded that "Norway has no role in deciding the Nobel Peace Prize."
In response, President Trump stated, "I think it's disgraceful that Norway didn't award me the Nobel Peace Prize." He further elaborated that "Norway should have given me the Nobel Peace Prize, but they didn't."

The President's comments come amidst ongoing speculation about the possibility of him winning the prestigious award. In 2018, Trump was awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which is an American honor, not directly related to the Nobel Peace Prize.
