The Indianapolis Colts have agreed to trade eight‑time Pro Bowl guard Quenton Nelson to the Seattle Seahawks, sources told ESPN’s Adam Schefter and NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport.
Nelson, who has been a mainstay on the Colts’ offensive line since being drafted in 2014, will join the Seahawks’ roster in a move that could reshape both teams’ lineups for the upcoming season.
Details of the trade package have not yet been disclosed, but the exchange was confirmed by the Colts’ front office and reported by the two sports journalists.
Nelson’s career has seen him earn Pro Bowl honors eight times, making him one of the most respected guards in the league. His departure marks a significant shift for the Colts’ offensive line strategy.
