The Los Angeles Rams are optimistic that star wide receiver Puka Nacua will be available for Sunday's matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, a source told ESPN.
Nacua, who has been a key target for the Rams' offense, missed the previous game due to injury. His return could give the Rams a boost on the passing attack.
The source, who asked to remain anonymous, said the team's medical staff believes Nacua will be cleared for the game.
If Nacua plays, the Rams will have a more balanced offense as they face a Raiders defense that has struggled against wide receivers this season.
The game is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, with both teams looking to improve their standings in the NFC West.
