Micah Parsons, the Dallas Cowboys defensive end, told listeners on his podcast that a mistake by Washington Commanders player Jayden Daniels at the end of overtime on Sunday could ultimately lead to the firing of the team’s head coach, Dan Quinn.
Parsons made the remark after the Commanders’ game finished in overtime, noting that Daniels’ error was a significant factor in the outcome.
“Jayden Daniels’ mistake at the end of overtime Sunday will probably end up getting Commanders coach Dan Quinn fired,” Parsons said.
Dan Quinn has been the Commanders’ head coach since 2022, while Jayden Daniels is a wide receiver for the team.
Parsons, who hosts the “Micah Parsons Podcast,” has been a frequent commentator on NFL games and player performances.
