Kiki Okewale, the Lagos‑based fashion designer behind HOPE Fashion, has launched a new venture called Fabric Printing Global, aimed at transforming the way Nigerian designers source textiles.

The initiative follows a decade of Okewale’s success in high fashion, including being the first Nigerian designer to showcase her work on the Dubai runway. Her reputation as a creative entrepreneur has earned her a place among Nigeria’s female high achievers.

Fabric Printing Global is described as a premier eco‑conscious fabric printing company that keeps production local. Using digital tools, the company converts designers’ sketches into vivid fabrics, allowing rapid testing and experimentation that previously remained confined to notebooks.

By anchoring production in Nigeria, the venture seeks to reduce the industry’s reliance on imported fabrics, cut shipping delays, and prevent market saturation with repetitive patterns. The model also keeps money and expertise within the country, offering designers, wedding groups and emerging brands a faster, more profitable way to create bespoke prints.

Okewale is also a life‑purpose coach and runs the Blings and Blanks Academy, where thousands learn sublimation and rhinestone techniques. She is married to Dr. Babatunde Okewale, a renowned gynaecologist and fertility expert.

The launch of Fabric Printing Global marks a significant step in Okewale’s broader mission to empower women and elevate Nigerian fashion on the global stage.
