Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has publicly addressed his ongoing feud with fellow artist Blaqbonez, asserting that “the truth will prevail” as the dispute continues. In a recent interview, the Lagos‑based musician accused his former collaborator of fabricating claims about the depth of their friendship.
Odumodublvck, whose real name is Unknown, said he feels misrepresented by Blaqbonez, who has previously spoken about a close working relationship between the two. The rapper contended that Blaqbonez’s statements were untruthful and that the public narrative surrounding their bond was misleading.
The disagreement appears to stem from a series of social media exchanges and public comments that have drawn attention from fans of the burgeoning Nigerian hip‑hop scene. Both artists have built reputations for their lyrical prowess and have collaborated on tracks in the past, though the specifics of those collaborations were not detailed in the statements.
While Odumodublvck declined to elaborate on the exact nature of the alleged falsehoods, he emphasized his confidence that the facts would eventually emerge, saying that justice would ultimately be served. He urged listeners to focus on the music rather than the personal drama.
The feud highlights the competitive dynamics within Nigeria’s vibrant rap community, where collaborations and rivalries often intersect. As the situation unfolds, observers note that both artists continue to release new material, suggesting that the dispute has not halted their creative output.
