Ducks' Raiola Benched in 3-TO Start as Lanning Vows to Review Whole Offense
Oregon Ducks quarterback Dylan Raiola faced a challenging outing on Saturday, as he went 6-for-19 with 43 yards and three turnovers in their match against California.
- The performance was a stark contrast to Raiola's impressive performance last week against USC, where he led the team to a win.
Coach Dan Lanning addressed the team's performance, stating, "We didn't prepare him to be good enough today."
"We have to review our whole offense and make sure we're preparing our players properly," Lanning added.
As a result of Raiola's subpar performance, he has been benched in favor of an unnamed backup quarterback.
The Oregon Ducks will now focus on assessing and improving their offensive strategy, aiming to regain their form and secure victories in upcoming games.
