Lewis Hamilton said Ferrari will do “whatever it takes” as a team to beat Max Verstappen in the Singapore Grand Prix on Sunday.
The seven‑time world champion made the comment ahead of the night‑time race, emphasizing that Ferrari must work together if they hope to challenge Red Bull’s lead driver.
Hamilton’s remarks come as Ferrari look to close the performance gap with Red Bull, a team that has dominated much of the current Formula 1 season.
Verstappen, who entered the Singapore round leading the drivers’ standings, remains the benchmark for rivals, and Hamilton suggested that only a unified effort from Ferrari could threaten his position.
The Singapore Grand Prix, held on the Marina Bay street circuit, is the first night race of the season and often proves decisive in the championship battle.
