Women of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Lagos State will take to the streets of Ikeja, the state capital, on Thursday, 5 November 2026, for a solidarity walk in support of the party’s presidential ticket of Atiku Abubakar and Rotimi Amaechi.
The event, billed as the “ADC Women Walk for Atiku/Amaechi,” is scheduled to begin at 8:00 am and will see members of the party’s women wing march through the capital’s main thoroughfares.
The walk is part of the ADC’s campaign to rally support for its presidential candidates, with organisers hoping to mobilise women voters across Lagos State.
The African Democratic Congress is a political party in Nigeria, and the event underscores the party’s efforts to engage women in the electoral process.
The march will take place in Ikeja, the state capital of Lagos, and is set to run on Thursday, 5 November 2026.
