2027: Peter Obi, Kwankwaso movement unveils 59-member presidential campaign council [FULL LIST]

The Obi‑Kwankwaso Movement announced on Thursday that it has formed a 59‑member Presidential Campaign Council ahead of Nigeria’s 2027 general elections. The council, detailed in a statement by National Secretary Saadatu Sani, is intended to coordinate the movement’s nationwide campaign efforts.

Leadership of the Council

John Ughulu, the Movement’s Director‑General, will serve as Director‑General of the Campaign Council, while Saadatu Sani will continue as National Secretary. The council also includes directors responsible for mobilisation, women’s affairs, strategy, security, legal affairs and other key directorates.
