Nigerian content creator and streamer Peller has publicly dismissed comedian Carter Efe’s reported N15 million fee for a boxing match, stating that he would demand N100 million to participate in a similar event. The comments emerged as Peller responded to alleged remarks by Carter Efe concerning his residence.
In a video shared on his social media platforms, Peller drew a direct comparison between Carter Efe’s boxing earnings and his own income from digital streaming. He noted that the amount paid to Carter Efe for a single boxing match is equivalent to what he earns in just two hours of livestreaming on TikTok.
“That boy wey dey pay 15 million for boxing match self dey shade my house. Your boxing match money na 2hr live stream on TikTok. There no fit pay my money,” Peller said in the clip.
The streamer insisted that he would not agree to enter a boxing match for the sum currently being offered to Carter Efe. He asserted that any individual or organization wishing to engage him in a fight must be prepared to meet a significantly higher financial threshold.
“Na why I no go fit ever fight anybody. If dem want me to fight someone, make dem pay me 100 million. I no be you and Portable, una too cheap,” Peller added.
Peller’s remarks also referenced another figure, identified as "Portable," alongside Carter Efe, characterizing both as being "too cheap" in comparison to his own valuation. The exchange highlights the growing intersection of entertainment, social media influence, and combat sports in Nigeria’s digital landscape.
