Department of Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin is testifying before the Senate on the agency's budget Tuesday.
The Senate Subcommittee on Homeland Security hearing is set to begin at 2 p.m. EDT. Watch it live in our player above.
The budget hearing comes as tensions are boiling around an Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Newark, New Jersey, where demonstrators have been protesting conditions inside.

Last month, Mullin told an audience at a Police Week event that ICE has been "demonized."
"And I know morale has taken an absolute tank," Mullin admitted.
