Venezuela buries earthquake victims as death toll reaches 3,535
Mass burials have begun at La Esperanza Cemetery in Venezuela’s La Guaira, where unidentified victims recovered from the rubble of twin earthquakes nearly two weeks ago are being laid to rest. The death toll has risen to 3,535, with more than 30,000 people still missing.
