The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has urged the 31 beneficiaries of the programme's offshore postgraduate scholarships to prioritize excellence in their studies.
Dr. Otuaro made this call during the departure of the scholars from Abuja to the United Kingdom for their studies.
