The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dr. Dennis Brutu Otuaro, has urged the 31 beneficiaries of the programme's offshore postgraduate scholarships to prioritize excellence in their studies.

Dr. Otuaro made this call during the departure of the scholars from Abuja to the United Kingdom for their studies. He expressed gratitude to President Bola Tinubu for his unwavering support and commitment to the development of the Niger Delta region. The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) boss also commended the National Security Adviser, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, for his consistent support and valuable input.
