The Chicago Bulls have traded guard Rob Dillingham to the Charlotte Hornets in exchange for forward Buddy Hield and cash, sources told ESPN’s Shams Charania on Saturday.
Dillingham, who has spent the season with the Bulls, will join the Hornets as part of the trade package that also includes a cash consideration.
In return, the Bulls receive Buddy Hield, a sharpshooter known for his three‑point shooting prowess, and a cash amount that has not been disclosed.
The trade was confirmed by sources speaking to ESPN, who reported the exchange as part of the Bulls’ ongoing roster adjustments.
Both teams will look to integrate the new players into their respective lineups ahead of the remainder of the NBA season.
