Roads in New Jersey have been flooded, and a number of homes have been inundated as a nor’easter begins to take shape over the region.
The storm, which is already producing high tides and powerful waves along the Atlantic coast, has caused water to spill onto several streets in the state, leaving residents without access to their homes.
