Senior Political Assistant Demola Olarewaju, who works for the African Democratic Congress (ADC) presidential candidate Atiku Abubakar, criticised Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) flag‑bearer Peter Obi after a video surfaced on social media showing the former governor running to board a flight at an undisclosed airport.
The clip was posted by X user @BolanleCole, who described Obi as a “content creator” and captioned the footage “Give it to PO in contents creating.” The video shows Obi in a hurry, sprinting toward the boarding gate for an interview.
Olarewaju took to X to respond, writing that “Nothing presidential in running around, shows poor time management actually. This is not a good look for him.” He argued that the incident does not reflect the behaviour expected of a presidential candidate.
