The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) has dispatched a new cohort of 31 postgraduate scholarship beneficiaries to the United Kingdom for studies at various universities.
Under the programme, the scholars will pursue advanced degrees in a range of disciplines, with the aim of enhancing Nigeria’s human capital and strengthening academic ties between the two countries.
