Users will receive a prompt for additional authentication—such as a one‑time password or biometric check—when they attempt a transfer during the protected hours. Once the verification is completed, the transaction will proceed as usual.
NightGuard is expected to be available to all PalmPay customers across its mobile and web platforms, with the company encouraging users to keep their app updated to access the new security layer.
