Prof. Obiora Okonkwo, chairman of United Nigeria Airlines, told Punch Nigeria that the country’s international reputation is far from its reality, and he has no intention of leaving the country.
Speaking in an interview with the national newspaper, Okonkwo said that the negative stereotypes often associated with Nigeria abroad do not reflect the nation’s true character or the progress it has made.
He stressed that he remains committed to Nigeria, adding that he has no plans to emigrate and will continue to support the country’s development through the airline industry.
