Iran’s president arrives in Pakistan for peace talks
Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian arrived in Pakistan on Tuesday for talks with mediators seeking a permanent end to the US-Israeli war on Iran. The visit comes as mediators continue efforts to advance a new peace deal, with Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif saying Iran’s ballistic missile programme was not discussed and was never part of the negotiations.
