Here are the biggest calls on Wall Street on Monday. Goldman Sachs initiates HawkEye 360 as buy Goldman says it's bullish on the intelligence satellite company. "HawkEye i s an early stage, profitable, operator of RF signals intelligence satellites; and we think the company will be able to grow revenue and earnings substantially over time." Morgan Stanley upgrades Dell to equal weight from underweight The firm admitted its prior thesis was wrong. "Our memory thesis was wrong as DELL is managing supply and executing better than peers, enabling mission critical demand capture, share gains, and pricing power." Wells Fargo upgrades Tandem Diabetes Care as overweight Wells says it sees an attractive risk/reward for the med tech company. "We are upgrading TNDM to Overweight from Equal Weight." Cantor Fitzgerald reiterates Tesla as overweight Cantor says it's bullish on Tesla's humanoid robots. "In Q1, TSLA disclosed that its first-generation production line for the company's humanoid robot (Optimus) is currently being installed in CA. This line, which will replace the production lines for the Model S and X vehicles (currently being discontinued), is expected by management to have an annual production capacity of 1M Optimus Robots." Citizens initiates Microsoft as market outperform Citizens says the stock is firing on all cyinders. "We are initiating coverage on Microsoft Corporation with a Market Outperform rating and $550 price target after the stock has traded down 7% year to date versus an increase of 11% for the S & P 500 and an increase of 10% for the Russell 3000." Barclays initiates IBM as overweight Barclays says it sees "stable growth." "We initiate at OW with a $350 PT. Our core thesis is that IBM has created a stable growth engine around its very defensible software portfolio." Needham initiates MP Materials and USA Rare Earth as buy Needham initiated MP Materials and USA Rare Earth and says both rare earths companies are well positioned. "We believe we are in the early innings of a multi-year investment cycle across the rare earth magnet value chain as governments around the world push to diversify critical supply chains outside of China. Through 2030, the industry is likely to be characterized by a race by Western suppliers to catch Western demand." RBC reiterates Meta as outperform RBC says the stock is undervalued. "We believe META lies at the intersection of two trends that could accelerate uniquely accessible TAM expansion in the coming years: 1) differentiated compute capacity enabling identification & capture of unexpressed demand and 2) an explosion in AI-enabled entrepreunerialism." Citi reiterates Apple as buy Citi says apple is well positioned to gain shares. "We are incrementally positive on iPhone shipments this year and see Apple building on the strong momentum of the iPhone 17 family and well positioned to gain share amid memory pricing pressure." Guggenheim upgrades Zscaler to buy from neutral Guggenheim says investors should buy the dip. "We are upgrading Zscaler shares to Buy from Neutral and introducing a DCF-based price target of $214, implying 53% upside from current prices." Canaccord initiates Rare Earths as buy Canaccord says the rare earths company is underappreciated. "We are initiating on shares of Rare Earth Americas with a BUY rating and $25 price target using a sum-of-parts valuation methodology." DA Davidson adds Nvidia to the best-of-breed list DA added the stock its best ideas list and says it's firing on all cylinders. " NVIDIA has built a durable competitive advantage anchored in its position as the critical provider of accelerated computing for AI, supported by a full-stack platform that spans GPUs, networking, and software." TD Cowen initiates Interparfums as buy TD Cowen says the fragrance company has plenty of upside. "We see IPAR's competitive positioning in the global fragrance market as underappreciated, supported by its asset-light licensing model and strong innovation pipeline, which should drive M–HSD% revenue growth and HSD% to LDD% EPS growth over the medium term." Goldman Sachs upgrades Travel & Leisure to buy from neutral and Marriott Vacations to buy from sell Goldman says Marriott Vacations is compelling. The firm also says Travel & Leisure is undervalued. "VAC - Our upgrade is based on our view that the company is one of the more compelling self-help stories in GLL (GreenLinks Resort], with meaningful execution driven earnings upside (both near term and long term). ... .TNL has avoided some of the mistakes of its peers and instead stuck to its bread and butter and focused on execution of its core business." Loop initiates Viking Holdings, Royal Caribbean and Viking as buy Loop initiates several cruise companies on Monday and says they have plenty more room to run. "We are initiating on the Cruise Line industry with BUY ratings o n Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH, PT $22), Carnival Corporation (CCL, PT $36), Viking Holdings (VIK, PT $108) ..." Citi upgrades Kohl's to buy from neutral Citi says it sees a "favorable" risk/reward. "This is not a bullish call on dept stores, nor an assertion that KSS i s about to inflect to positive sustainable comps. This is an 'everything has a price' call for a company that (despite its operational challenges and difficult competitive landscape) is achieving attractive FCF, resulting in a favorable risk/reward." "After lagging peers by > 2,100bps since 2022 and seeing its long-running historical multiple premium evaporate (on lower growth/weaker spreads), we believe FRT is entering a new growth cycle, as elevated in-place escalators, leasing and occupancy upside as well as accretive capital recycling should drive above-average earnings growth through 2028." Goldman Sachs adds Block and Tyson Foods to the conviction buy list Goldman added several stocks to its best ideas list on Monday. "We add Casella Waste Systems Inc (CWST), TPG Inc (TPG), Tyson Foods Inc (TSN), and Block Inc (XYZ) to the US Conviction List, while removing Ares Management Corp (ARES), Kontoor Brands Inc (KTB), and Wynn Resorts Ltd (WYNN)." Roth initiates Red Cat as buy Roth says it sees "breakout growth" for the drone company. "We initiate coverage of Red Cat with a Buy rating and $25 price target, as we believe the company is well positioned for breakout growth from an expanding drone portfolio and intense demand." Read more. Goldman Sachs initiates Suja Life as buy Goldman says it's bullish on the beverage company. "We initiate coverage of Suja Life, Inc. (SUJA) - a leading producer of cold-pressed juice and other better-for-you beverages in the U.S. - with a Buy rating and a 12-month price target of $31. SUJA was founded in 2012 and the company holds an ~8% share of the natural healthy beverage (NHB) category and a #1 share position in the cold-pressed juice sub-category." Morgan Stanley reiterates Broadcom as overweight The firm raised its price target to $485 per share from $470 ahead of Broadcom earnings later this week. "Expectations are high into the quarter given exceptionally strong AI networking checks and continued TPU [tensor processing unit] demand."
