Here's what CNBC TV's producers were watching as the Dow Industrials surged more than 900 points, and what's on the radar for the next session. The SpaceX IPO Friday is the big day: SpaceX will become a public company on the Nasdaq under the symbol SPCX. CNBC TV's Morgan Brennan speaks with COO Gwynne Shotwell in what will be the biggest interview of the morning. That rolls out at 5 a.m. ET on " Morning Call ." CNBC data guru Gina Francolla crunching the numbers on initial public offerings this year. So far 71 IPOs have raised nearly $36 billion dollars. The IPO value of SpaceX is expected to be more than double that number, $75 billion dollars, the biggest IPO ever. Oppenheimer called the stock a buy on Thursday. The firm has a 12-month price target of $190 on SpaceX. Already out of this world: Owning SpaceX before the IPO ARK Venture Fund — which has SpaceX as its biggest holding, roughly 11% of the fund — hit a new high last week. It is up 4% in a month and more than 70% in a year. The Baron Focused Growth Fund hit a new high last week. It's also a big holder of SpaceX. It is up about 8% in a month. Other space stocks Iridium Communications hit a new high last week. The stock is now down 7% from the high mark. Shares are up more than 100% in three months. Virgin Galactic is up 96% in a month. Shares are down 35% from the June 1 high. The stock closed at $5.73 on Thursday. That's just a shadow from where the stock was in April 2021 when it was as high as $634.86. Intuitive Machines was up 15% on Thursday. The stock is down 34% from the May high. Shares are up 66% in three months. Telesat is down 15% from the May 28 high. AST SpaceMobile is off 27% from the May 28 high. Planet Labs is down 34% from the May 28 high. Rocket Lab is off 24% from the May 27 high. Howmet is 6% from the May 7 high. IRDM 3M mountain Iridium Communications over the past three months Hitting highs Ralph Lauren hit an all-time high Thursday. The stock is up 7% in a week and up almost 15% in a month. Citigroup is trading at levels not seen in 18 years. Shares are up nearly 10% in June. MetLife hit an all-time high Thursday. The stock is up 12% in a month. State Street hit an all-time high in the session. Shares are up 30% in three months. DaVita hit an all-time high Thursday. The stock is up 31% in three months. CSX hit an all-time high. The stock is up 17% in three months. Sandisk hit an all-time high today. It is up 187% in three months. Steel Dynamics hit an all-time high today. Shares are up 18% in a month. Prologis is at a four-year high. The stock is up 42% from the August 2025 low. Sector of the week so far… Consumer Staples is up almost 2% week to date. That's by far the best S & P sector of the week. Second place is Materials, up 1.15%. Leading the way: Casey's General Stores , up 20% in four days. The company has about 2,900 stores in 19 states. J.M. Smucker is up almost 13% in four days. They scored on this week's earnings report. Dollar General is up 10% in four days. Only four stocks are negative this week in the 36 stock sector: Tyson Foods , Archer-Daniels-Midland , Hershey and Altria . Target , by the way, is up 8% in four days.
