CCTV footage captured the moment a missile struck Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, killing two people and injuring 23, according to regional authorities. Kyiv and Moscow have exchanged accusations of striking the region, home to the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
